DDL Davies Pharmacy

Great service from DDL Davies every time. Would highly recommend them for repeat prescription ordering and delivery. Shahid the pharmacist is extremely helpful and the drivers have been polite (even in the pouring rain!).

Went in with an ear infection and before I finished explaining the old lady in the front dismissed me to go see a doctor. Did not offer anything for my pain or any useful advice.

Don't let you know when they don't have items in stock. Have to chase them to deliver. Unhelpful.

Promised a service but haven't received it ring up poorly with serious health conditions for meds to be delivered because I can't walk over like usual and run out of some meds but told to ring back later

We arrived at this small shop for our pre-flight PCR tests. It’s a very small shop. The lady behind the counter had her mask under her chin and was coughing into the air whilst serving a customer, we stood as far back as the limited space allowed.
She called for the pharmacist once we explained why we were there.
He came from behind the counter and showed us into a very small room with a desk, we could not achieve social distancing because the room was so small, our knees were almost touching.
His mask at no point covered his mouth and nose.
All the time, in the background we could hear the shop assistant coughing.
We were disgusted that this pharmacy was approved for Covid testing, it’s a highly unclean place, which does not come up to health and safety standards for this particular job.

5* service, came here for COVID tests multiple times. Best in the area, fast, efficient and well informed. Staff couldn't be more helpful, special mention to Sarah who deserves a pay rise for her selfless and diligent contribution. She's an asset to the company.

We booked an LFT Fit to Fly Covid-19 test, which then needed changing to PCR after the government’s rules were altered. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and efficient in arranging this exchange. Despite the pharmacy being very busy, he very clearly and patiently explained the procedures needed and made sure we were confident with them. We certainly recommend this pharmacy and will use them again.

This is by far the best pharmacy/shop/business I have ever had dealings with. The staff goes far and beyond to assist you, no matter the query. I always unintentionally leave ordering my prescription for the last minute, but have never been left without my heart medication. The meds I am on are hard to get in any other pharmacy in Preston, but I have never been disappointed here. I drive from the other side of town, because I know I will find everything I need here and will always be treated with kindness and respect. A huge thank you to the staff!!
