Terrible customer service, take your prescription and ask if you’re waiting, you say yes they put it in a basket & say your waiting to the pharmacist, 10 mins later you ask if they have it in stock, they check, 10 mins later say they don’t have it and have to order it in.
The next day you ring, they have it, ordered in, however no one can find the order, they then find and say it’ll be ready in 1mins.
You go to collect it , say your name, they spend 10mins looking for it, they can’t find it, check again, another 10mins, they ask your name again and check the computer , another 10 mins they find it.
Nothing is simple in ordering and collecting prescriptions in this pharmacy.
