Hassan and his team are so responsive and went out of their way to help when I brought my kids in for polio vaccines. Really community minded pharmacy and one of the few who steps up every time to offer vaccine clinics whenever they are needed. Highly recommend.

Went for covid booster, only 2 of us wearing masks. No mitigations whatsoever, no one encouraged to wear a mask. Vaccinator wasn't masked! Why? "Not a legal requirement, personal choice" . What an appalling example to set. I work in clinical research & this is beyond belief. Covid, even a mild case, often results in microclots which can affect every system in the body - kids are having strokes ffs!
No information leaflet offered.
Really disappointed, this place was great last year.

I booked online for the covid vaccine. Unlike other places previously experienced this place was not very organized. No information was provided and not responsive afterward. Will not use it again.

I received high quality care and customer service from Ahmed who provided different options for me and explained them in detail. He was patient and went out of his way to help me out.

My son got his covid vaccine here and he is a few weeks away from being 18. Most places only vaccinate 18 and above even now that the government advice has changed. They were friendly and helpful. The Q was 1 hour on Sunday, info from friend but we went Monday and waited 10 mins. Lots of parking around.

I never thought a visit in a medicine store could actually be such fun and pleasant experience, and this is mainly why I am writing this review. Today I got there to get my booster vaccine. Unfortunately when I arrived I was already late, so the lights were already off and the staff was locking the door. To my surprise they reopened(!) the store for me and I got my jab done. All in an instant moment, in a kind, professional, yet fun atmosphere. Wow. Such things do not happen every day in busy London. Thank you for sorting me out and all the best in your business!
