Been using them for 5 years now. Always been friendly. Even when I had hump because either the surgery or chemist messed up repeat prescription. But 1 mistake every 2 and a half years I can handle.

Dog poo service 25 minutes wait for a box of pills when I'm the only one here never using them again

fantastic service from the team at the Hoddesdon LLOYDS falcon walk chemist, nothing is ever to much trouble for Deborah and the girls, have used them for some three years now.

Customer for six years or more, they never made an error (upon investigation, all the errors were of the surgery). I am willing to do the shopping while they check twice :o)

DISGUSTING DO NOT USE - Always they say they have staff shortages heard that for the last 2YEARS every time I go in to justify waits up to 50 mins at a time.
Dr's opposite send prescripitions and they lie and say they did not get them even when Dr's have shown me on screen they have had it.
Staff arrogant and very disinterested and unhelpful
American woman who works dispensing is rude, aggressive and very unpleasant.

Friendly enough, but they seem to have had a complete change of staff (or ownership) some months ago, and it seems very disorganised now.

No Happy. The wait times are ridiculous. I call to let them know I'm going to collect prescription so they can get it ready before I get there no one HARDLY EVER answers the phone. I end up having to go there and wait for them to prepare the meds everytime. This is minimum 20 minutes wait and can be up to nearly an hour wait. If you can help it DO NOT use

Been using for last few years for repeat prescriptions many times have problems with picking up not being ready or cant find
Today went at 1030 not ready come back in 20 mins went back at 12 gad to wait 30 mins as not ready then one item missing
Now moving to another pharmacy
