They stopped doing my disabled son dosit boxes so I found another one who can supply for free delivery good chemist

Appalling service yet again. First was told my record didn't exist; then was told my prescription had been returned; person dealing with my prescription then nearly shouted the name of my medication allowing the near full shop to hear! Along with several people in shop, waited nearly 20 mins for my prescription. When I enquired whether anyone was dealing with my request, I was greeted by a surly teenager telling me they were busy and I would just need to wait. The attitude from the young lady who served me was simply appalling. All the time we were all waiting we could hear giggling in the area where the prescriptions were being made up. When I did eventually get to pay for my prescription the surly teenager simply walked away from the till leaving me to reach under the glass and retrieve my prescription several feet away. Suggest this pharmacy gets back to having some experienced people in store and also gives the teenagers a lesson in customer service.

My wife and I are locals and have found this pharmacy to be very unhelpful the 2 times we’ve needed help. Use Lalys pharmacy, very friendly and resolved the same query Kent’s was unwilling to by showing a little customer consideration.

Totally disorganised and too many people signed in to thier books so they reap reward from prescription but cant cope with demand.
Customer service is somewhat lacking and to be honest I dont think they care if you dont get your medication

Have now had 3 bad experiences with Kents. Went in for my flu jab, and waited 45 mins, they were very disorganised and they had left customer details out on the side for everyone to see. Went to buy some medicine the other say, waited in a queue for 30 mins whilst staff did nothing. Got referred to the pharmacy by 111 and the pharmacist did not listen to me at all, and said i had a cold ( I don’t). Not impressed at all.

Utterly hopeless. Everyone forced to wait 20-30 mins patiently, yet one woman kicked up a fuss saying she needed it now and couldn’t wait and they gave it to her immediately. We all have places to be, can’t be one rule for one, one for another…

I must say, I have never been in such a beautiful really nice old shop front Chemist in all my life, and I couldn’t believe when I walked through the door that every single member of staff had a smile on there face, and they was all most very, very friendly I went for a booster jab They said have you got an appointment I said no they said no problem they said we will squeeze you in I would highly recommend this chemist.

Had the same experience as another reviewer on here. Rude lady I was simply picking up some COVID test kits and said I've come to collect. It's not click and collect was her response basically nearly through them at me once she had my code. Shame as the nurse that did my jab was lovely. I recognise life is stressful for all but manners cost nothing
