Unbelievably rude and lazy staff. I'm sure the meds are the same as any other pharmacy but if the staff completely ignore you then you'll never find out!

I do not like how they leave you stood there and they do not even acknowledge you. I’ve stood there for 20 minutes this morning. The lady caught my eye several times and simply ignored me. It’s just polite and good customer service to say- we are busy , I’ll be with you shortly. But to just ignore me and leave me standing there isn’t acceptable. And if you dare ask how long they will be you get snapped at. Four people ending up leaving the queue and they carried on ignoring the rest of us.

This is the best pharmacy in town and the staff goes above and beyond. We used to have so many issues with our local pharmacy in North Camp as well as Echo online pharmacy. They were changing my son's medication to other generic brands or overseas equivalents without asking us and against MHRA guidance. My son suffers from epilepsy so it is important the pharmacists get his medications right. Big thank you to the Asda Pharmacy team for your ongoing support. You are doing a fantastic work for our community.

Fantastic service from Agata. Real care and diligence in the service, despite being a busy pharmacy I didn't feel she rushed the process to walk through the medication on my request. Wish more pharmacies did this.
