Very poor customer service. The lady behind the till made everything seems as if it was a hardship. The other staff are not very helpful either. Promised to call the next day to confirm the medication has arrived but didnt call. So I went to get the medication but it wasn't there and when asked when the medication was going to be in the response was a shrug of the shoulders. Not really very helpful.

Putting the prices up by 100% is a bit out of order. Is that Morrison’s policy ? I sometimes get codein based painkillers that my sister keeps in her remedial PT kit, she’s always on the road and never gets the time. I broke my back in Afghanistan in 2009 therefore use butrans patches for pain control. The chemist obviously thought I was buying the painkillers. Instead of speaking to myself personally he shouted across the pharmacy “IF THEY ARE’NT FOR YOU I WANT TO SEE YOUR SISTER NEXT TIME.” I walked out embarrassed. How disrespectful and unprofessional.

The pharmacy team at Morrisons were incredibly supportive during the time I was providing end of life care for a relative. Over the Christmas and New Year period my relative's condition was changing rapidly, and the pharmacy team were so responsive, ensuring the new required medications were processed quickly. Despite being extremely busy, and operating during the period of high local COVID rates, the staff were friendly, helpful and compassionate. We could not have managed without their help.

The pharmacy team are attentive, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. In my experience, the team went above and beyond to help me, passing along messages to the next shift ensuring I could receive the prescription at the earliest opportunity.

As a regular user of the Morrison's pharmacy I have always found them super efficient with prescriptions ready and waiting only one day after the Dr authorising it, sometimes even on the day. As I work in a doctors surgery I deal daily with various chemists and there is never a problem with this chemist and the dispensing or speed at which they dispense.
