Tesco Pharmacy

Terribly slow painfully so. Only ever one member of staff serving even though there's 4 or 5 out the back. Soul destroying queuing for ages. Often change their hours as well and just stick a sign up which isn't helpful if you drive to the store

If I was moving "fast" like this pharmacy staff....
I would get sacket the same day.
AVOID!!! If you value your time.

Exceptional support from pharmacy staff. Staff managed emergency prescription efficiently and consistently communicated with me to resolve problems. Staff went above and beyond expectations to ensure that I received the right medication on time.

The people who work there don't know their job.service is terrible

After putting a script in for medication i was told i would get a call next day to say if the medication was available today 2 days later still no call so popped in to see if it was ready to collect still not put together and not enough medication to last the whole month its as though tesco chemist lose scripts or even cant be bothered at times not using them ever again.

This is obviously a busy Pharmacy - working under alot of pressure and depending on your timing - there can be a wait! After waiting for 10m the lovely young lady serviced me - I had an emergency prescription that she couldn't find (as was emailed). She was so patient and understanding - she never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. She was a credit to the company. Sadly staff are given a bad reviews due to prescriptions not being ready or queues - please take into account they do not have the control of employing more staff. Be kind and treat them how you would like to be treated! This is not my local area so I was very happy with the service I received - thank you - great work!

They tried to steal my money. They gave me 1 item of a two item prescription, and then they could not find or supply the 2nd item, they refused to give me the prescription back so I can find it somewhere else (as I NEED IT BECAUSE I AM SICK!!!) and they tried after all that, to keep my money. Only after waiting 30 minutes and telling them that they were committing an offence, they refunded my money for the second item they never gave me - all of a sudden, they could refund me...). Disgraceful behaviour, I am going to the authorities with this (NHS and NICE and more).

Possibly the slowest service in history. Waited 8 days for a repeat prescription and then told it's not ready and they are short staffed.
Service was just as slow before COVID though! Last time I get a prescription filled there ... It is a joke!
