Absolutely useless. We had to move chemists due to our last one closing and looks like we're going to have to move again.
3 times now we've put in repeat prescriptions and they've failed to submit it to the doctors.
After spending 5 days chasing the last one up and being told by the doctors directly the chemist didn't even request it we've had enough.
I'd suggest the chemist get staff in that actually know how to use the computer system rather than just holding the phone to their ear pretending they are doing something.
If its a repeat prescription it generally means that medication has to be taken constantly to keep the human in question alive and you'd think, being a business that deals in health, the staff would understand that

I have been ringing since yesterday morning and the line is either engaged or goes unanswered. I am disabled and have my prescriptions delivered but lately things have gone down hill. They never let me know if they are unable to get my medication and just leave it until I phone to find out what's going on.

Both company website and NHS website say open all day but they shut for an hour 1pm to 2pm not helpful. Also says open Saturday and pretty sure they are not so my prescription is held hostage until Monday.

Awful service. Prescriptions go straight there from the GP Surgery and my carer is always told they have not been received. However when I call the pharmacy the prescriptions are there, only to be told the medication is not and will have to be ordered. My carer then makes another trip on another day to the pharmacy only to be told medicine is not there. Again , however it is there on the delivery which no member of staff seems to want to go through. Another day my carer comes back empty handed. Who are they to decide when to give me or anyone else their medication? Do your job and check your delivery for your customers and don't be so bloody lazy and quick to fob us off. One day it may cost a life.

The team at Oakley Pharmacy are fighting a loosing battle with valour! Currently they are without a permanent full-time pharmacist, and sometimes have trouble getting cover.
The pharmacy is also the only one in the village, and due to the new housing developments, serving a very large (and growing) community without any additional support.
The staff are very professional, and go the extra mile to help customers.
So please, be patient with them, they are doing the very best under great pressure.
