Love this chemist the staff are very friendly, has give me great medical advice when needed and always have been very fast and efficient when dealing with my prescriptions will always go here to pick anything up I need one of my favourite chemists to go

Every time they switch phone to be busy some as they don’t like answering phone so they just keep phone busy such a shame

Assistant behind the counter seemed to have made up her mind on my request. Had an attitude. Even the other assistant who was not there when l made the request just came and supported her colleagues with hearing what my request was.. Shocked at this kind of service
16/8/2022 . Two years after posting last review. I have noticed a lot of improvements and the customer service is very good now. All the staff seem keen to help and am happy to recommend this Pharmacy now.

Friendly stuff but hard to get throw by phone but when I do very helpful

Never answer the phone - it then stays “busy” for hours

Really helpful staff. It's in the town centre so the waiting time is sometimes long.

My experience here was very traumatic as I went to make a purchase and I was belittled and discredited by staff. The signed said face covering must be worn which I was wearing a face covering but apparently I was told I won't get served as I don't have a mask!!!!! Fix up your staffff!!!!! And I will never return there!!!!

Great pharmacy. Friendly staff. If you have prescription sent there via GP then call ahead so they can have ready as they get busy.
