My mum had her covid booster. Nice and quick, very organised

Apart from never having me medication, messing me about with part filling my prescription & not having the rest for over a month, me having to go back to surgery for new prescription twice, giving me someone else's prescription & been trying to get them to answer the phone after trying for 5 hours yesterday & an hour this morning, I'm changing my pharmacy

I had my flu jab there. Very polite and efficient people. Can only recommend.

Does anyone else wish Mr Shar would continue forever???? It's not the same since he's gone... They never answer their phones, yet you can walk in on any day and it will be empty... And guess what they still make you stand there waiting!!! I think I'm going to have to test them and go into the chemist and phone them whilst there to see which gets attended to first! Always have to ask for a repeat prescription and then have to wait a week for it to turn up!!! Not helpful at all.... Highly disappointing and there should be no need for it as there are always plenty of staff behind the counter! They just don't want to help. No excuses for poor conduct!

disappointed. For some reason never pick their phone up. Used to and were really good but i have been trying for over 2 weeks now and it either rings rings rings or it's engaged because someone else is trying to get through

The staff are so lazy. I have been the only one in store watching five members of staff acting like I didn't exist. As for the phone they just put the handset to one side so they don't need to answer calls

Staff were quite rude and made me wait ages to be told it’s out of stock never got nothing and they don’t have a care in the world totally disappointed the old owner was the best mr shar

As said in the comments before they never answer the phone the stock is always depleted and never arrives by the date you are told to return and today's experience was terrible the staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful
