Shocking service.

The pharmacist refused to process a simple prescription for me sent via the 111 service. Despite being told I was working away and that was the only route open to me (I had already called the doctors who were busy and couldn't help) - the online repeat service at the doctors wasn't working either - so 111 was the last option before going to hospital the chemist still refused to process the prescription. These facts were put to him and he still refused

What is the point in having 111 and a chemist if the latter won't process a genuine simple repeat prescription item?

I tried the 111 service and the prescription was processed again to Tesco Pharmacy nearby without issue.

What a disgrace.

Went to get my father’s prescription was served by a really old grumpy lady, customer service was none existent.

Went here this morning to get a Covid test to travel on the Euro tunnel.
There was an older guy, maybe 80, and a lady maybe 50. The lady was nice and friendly, but the guy was so rude! Literally felt like he didn't want us there. Well, he didn't even come out to serve us to start with, he knew we were there, I made eye contact and said Hello, and he ignored us. Can't stand people like that. If he had been younger, id have given him a peice of my mind!
