The pharmacist and supporting staff are the best I have ever experienced. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff who take the patients care very seriously.
The staff are willing to listen and try to assist wherever possible with a friendly attitude.
Once friendly with the team, you begin to see the dynamics at work, that work for their patients.
I have never been to another pharmacy since.
I love the banter we have, and hope this continues.

I have been using the The White Cliffs Pharmacy since it opened. I have always found the staff to be Helpful, Professional, Friendly and Caring in their approach and advise, Often going above and beyond to help with medicine shortages, Flu vaccinations and over the counter remedies. Thank you and Well Done to all that make this service possible. I can only imagine the difficulties and challenges you are facing in these unprecedented times while still offering an excellent service and trying to stay happy and healthy.. I for one thank you.

I Googled to find an open emergency pharmacy to get a prescription for my grandson and arrived at 8:05pm to find it closed when advertised open until 10:00pm. The lady in the shops told me the information on internet is incorrect, so why leave it incorrect? This is such a frustrating waste of time and petrol especially when I’ve not manage to get fuel for 3 days.

I don't recommend it to anyone. Many people did not know that France was still asking for tests and a vaccine. There were at least 20 people in front of the pharmacy. They were supposed to open at 5:00 am, but they arrived at 5:40 am. Everyone was exhausted. They didn't even apologize on arrival. Most people slept in cars for hours after losing their ferry. Very disappointed 🙁

Just collected my prescription. The pharmacist, Cynthia, recognised me and used my name. Got my prescription straight away and remembered previous conversations we’d had about it. Always excellent service from her and this pharmacy.

We are from the US and needed a place to test. Carnival cruise lines was useless in helping us. We called this location and they said they do testing. We went and did the proctored testing. The young lady who helped us was wonderful.

Never have any stock have to go back 3 times for owed item insulin been waiting for sharps box for months still nothing never had a prescription without something being owed

Useless Pharmacists! I've been just before closing time because my 5y old son had a scratch under his eye from our puppy. Because of nature of skin under eye the scratch been a deep one. I've shown the pictures and one of pharmacist take me to the shelf with plasters and there showed me the medical spirit. Obviously I don't have knowledge, I asked if this is good and if is not painful and start laughing at me. I bought a bottle and looked at it at home and not good to use on brocken skin. DEFINITELY AVOID IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
