Lawton Pharmacy - Travel Clinic

I had a very bad experience when I approached for walk-in covid vaccination on 22-aug-22 at 5:30 pm . It is no where mentioned to book and go . When I reached there for vaccination some elderly lady who was rude and not at all friendly asked me for appointment and told me that she doesn’t have enough vaccination available. Then why on earth is it mentioned in nhs website as this pharmacy for walk-in . Really a waste of time and bad management. Sorry to say this , but did not expect this from a lady , when I came with my lil boy , she could had been lil better . Either you pls stop mentioning in websites for walk-in vaccination or at least get more staffs and be less bossy . I am totally upset by this kind of service .

The Lady Pharmacist and staff are all very helpful and friendly. The service was perfect. I will be using them again in the future.
Very good and efficient covid jab service too .

Got my booster vaccines here, in and out in no time. Good pharmacy and general chemist. Open 9am till 8pm. Parking right outside.

Just had a very professional and swift service from the Lawton Pharmacy. It couldn't have gone better. Covid and flu jab administered within 5 minutes of entering. I even had my blood pressure checked as well. A great service with very friendly staff.

Got my Covid booster from LAWTON PHARMACY because it was the nearest place that was open. Parking was 50p for 30mins (free on Sundays) right in front of the pharmacy and I was in and out in 10mins. Helpful, cheerful, friendly and utterly professional staff made it a breeze.

Short on medication ordered and when questioned they said it was not ordered, medical centre gave me a copy of order, Lawton’s said it was cancelled. Rude staff, push by you without an excuse me. They seem very disorganised, definitely not recommend

Such a bad experience for this pharmacy as they are always saying prescribed medicines are out of stock. GP prescribed the antibiotics 1 day back and when I went and collect it in next day. The pharmacy said its out of stock. Its not a rare antibiotic.

Used to be a fantastic chemist but over a period of months it's gone down hill weekend staff are shocking and rude!!!! And tell you to come back on a Monday when other pharmacist is there.
