Jade Pharmacy & Travel Clinic

They're the best pharmacy I've used in the London borough of Hounslow. The staff are always extremely polite, courteous and friendly and go out of their way to help their customers. When using other pharmacies I often struggled to get certain hard to source medications and was left to call round pharmacies myself, or just go without. But the awesome Pharmacists at this pharmacy do all the calling for me, even contacting manufacturers to try and get my items. They even go over to the pharmacy to pick up the paper prescriptions for controlled medications, so we can order our repeats online and not need to worry about needing to fill in a separate paper version and then go and pick it up by hand etc. It's all done for us. 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely little chemist/pharmacy It's for local residents or passers by in cars or bussess. Really lovely pharmacist lady I'm guessing is the proprietor grandma. Professional staff and don't keep you waiting unnecessarily. Polite and will have your prescription ready for you when you return for the items. Also they have a good stock or choice of other toiletries and creams moisturizers cleansers vitamins and utensils. If passing pop in you'll buy something you need.

Very surprised.
Told them I'm missing medicines and they refused saying it should be there and bring back the packet so they can find.
What magic would they do to find if it's not there.
And would someone have extra depression tablets then prescribed ones.
Ridiculous.
I changed to this pharmacy for the first time and this was my last time.
Would not recommend at all.
I somehow had intuition about their service when they kept dragging the delivery date and going back and forth.
Avoid it.

I was not attended to. I was made to wait while customers after me were attended to instead. Terrible service and a complaint has been sent to the owner!

one of the unprofessional pharmacy in the area and un professional staff , very rude staff ,they don't care about your prescription and also they don't care about your life , don't order any medicine or prescription through them.
also the staff has no id mention their name during working hour ,i believe that some illegal and unprofessional people are working there .
also when you ask them for a complain form to register your complain they don't have any form which is against the law. Please report jade pharmacy on 3 Crossland parade ,Southall ub2 5rb to the nhs and local authorities

If it had given me an option I would of put 0 stars, I went to the Pharmacy today and there 3 people, 2 in fact where NOT wearing a face mask and have had such an attitude with me. The pharmacist Kawaljit Dhillion has such an attitude problem and needs to fix it. It is absolutely disgusting her and two other members including a male. He did not tell me to tap my card on the machine and did not even bother to ask me whether I want a receipt and the phone kept on ringing and they did not bother to pick up. I prefer when Versha is there, she is really sweet and caring person and the other gentlemen as well . 100X better then these to who have no standards and 0 customer service.

They send you substitute medication without asking if it is ok first. Grown adults have lied to me and said my medication was discontinued by AstraZeneca and I found out it wasn’t. They are the worst pharmacy in the area. My family of 4 households have all stopped using them.

Best pharmacy in London. Staff is extremely polite and helpful
