Appalling service. Appointment booked waited over an hour to get seen, que was down holloway road.
When finally got in person administering jabs didn't change gloves just sanitised. Now every covid advert and all infection control training tells you sanitizer is no good without washing your hands. I did insist she changed her gloves when she did my jab. After doing mine she sanitised her gloves again and then opened the curtain, please tell me the point. Very poor example of infection control here would never come back for any vaccine here

Ridiculous queue for covid jab, turned up 15 minutes early, queue of 20 people barely moved in 15 mins, gave up and left. Will book elsewhere!

Had both my covid booster and the flu vaccine on the same day with Anup. He was amazing! It took him 2 seconds, fast, easy and super gentle. Definitely recommend :)

Had my covid booster jab given by Anup. He was kind and it was efficient. Very good system in place despite others in the queue being unnecessarily rude. Thank you!

Arrived few mins before Covid appointment, 2 people in front, still managed to get vaccinated before appointment time. Quick friendly service.

Anup did a brilliant job of covid booster and flu jab - massively helpful and flexible, warm personality, kind and efficient. Highly recommended.

I had a vaccine appointment booked a week in advance and when I arrived they told me they don't have it in stock. This also made it impossible to rebook for the next 24h. I feel this is something that could've been known at least a day before and they could have not accepted the booking.

Was treated like a pariah for daring to request my usual contraceptive pill as an emergency prescription. I realised I had run out too late to request it from my GP before the weekend. It's on repeat with this chemist, so they have dispensed it to me before, I didn't just appear out of nowhere, and previous pharmacies I have used were accommodating when it came to repeat prescriptions. I was asked for name, DOB and when the last time I had it had been (it should have been on their system but nevermind). I told staff all this but was still turned away without my prescription and without any words of sympathy. They told me they would issue the prescription only if my GP could process it immediately. If you live in the UK today you know you're more likely to win the lottery.
