Tesco Pharmacy

Pharmacist was very rude first of all she gave me the wrong prescription when I went back into the shop and told her she started to argue with me and told me to phone my doctors so I did they said that they would phone her to sort it out and call me back when I went back into the shop she was Obviously angry with me she said she didn't want to serve me I told her I was depressed and I need the tablets she laughed and said she will call Security so I left without any tablets. Very bad customer service will never go there again.

Good manners?? I don't recommend this please. First time and last time in this farmacy.
Waypoint pharmacy the best. Very friendly a knowledgeable staff.

We are told not to bother our GPS and to go to the pharmacy instead. I did, complaining my son had an itchy scalp and that l suspected he had nits, but that l couldn't see any. The pharmacist would not examine him saying we don't like to treat nits unless they can be seen(?) she also said they had nothing to treat a 10 year old. A few days later we visited family and gave them all nits! I told my GP and she was less than impressed. Needless to say l bought Hedrin from Sainsburys. Definitely won't be using this pharmacy again and it's shambolic customer service!

Seems like customers are just a nuisance - someone to be ignored. Three of them chatting in the back.

Made to feel like an inconvenience by the pharmacist this morning who had no empathy what so ever and even rolled his eyes at me. I'd asked to see the pharmacist but was seen over the counter and not in the consultation room as expected - absolutely no care, compassion or privacy

Telephone manners would help , couldn't make my mind up with 1 star or 2 , got me on a good day very reluctant 2

Terrible service, supposed to open at 8am, at 810am we were told to come back in 15 minutes because they weren't ready. How can something as important as medicine be treated so blasé. Avoid unless it's something not important.

Always helpful the many times I have been in to collect prescriptions or to get advice. Have a good stock of medications too. They text you when your prescription is ready.
