Rains Pharmacy + Travel Clinic + Strep A Rapid Testing

Excellent and efficient service. I struggled with a few pharmacies in the area before I figured out that this one is the only one who regularly keeps my medication in stock and charges me in the most convenient way. A young employee by the name of Henel goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! From pharmacy staff to the cashiers up front, everyone treats me like I am family, being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

Great team and service. My family and I visited regularly over the years and really appreciate the effort that Mr Patel and his team to go to. Very family friendly. Can't speak highly enough of their services, repeat prescription services and convenience. A pillar of our community.

Took my son to Rains to be tested for Strep A, his test was positive. They were so helpful and offered great advice. Not my closest pharmacy but we’ll worth the travel time. Also very reasonable as another pharmacy near me wanted to charge more than double for the same service. Henel in particular was great. She really put my 6 year olds mind at rest and was very caring and gentle.

This is an excellent pharmacy. The team that works here is very friendly and will help with any issue. We had a number of specialist baby formula supplied via the pharmacy when our little girl was young, and they always have a great range of services on offer which are available: flu jabs, covid, strep A and travel vaccines. Thank you to Henel and the wider team for such a helpful and vital local service!

Amazing service. I had a prescription for a hard-to-get medication and they pulled out all the stops, at their own expense, to procure it for me. Amazing service considering that I already tried 4 other chemists in the area

The people who work here are always extremely rude. Called half an hour in advance and asked if they could stay open 3 extra minutes after the closing time, as my train from work was delayed, and they said sure. Got there at 6:32, two mins after their closing time, and they were already locking up and said “sorry we have places to be” and left. Also pretended not to remember that I had called until I showed my phone log and checked the number. Genuinely who are these people to treat others like this. Will be changing pharmacy.

Earlier this winter we had our flu jabs done at Rains pharmacy in an extremely helpful, efficient and professional manner. Only after that I realised how lucky we where when I found out that some friends and colleagues have been trying to get one at a few other places and couldn't get theirs booked in time. So we will definitely return next year.

We are travelling abroad next month so planning to use their travel clinic services for that as well.

Great pharmacy, team are always really helpful and friendly, we use the service at least once per month for a repeat prescription that they always have ready to go. We’ve also used the vaccine services as it’s much nicer with a friendly team that know you.
