Very rude staff and not very helpful. They are very lazy and want an easy job. I thought the staff are there to look for your prescriptions and make sure it is ready but instead They want to get rid of you and you have to find your own prescriptions.
I am New to this pharmacy thinking is going to be convenient but instead it was a nightmare. Might as well stick to My Old pharmacy even if it is a bit far but They are helpful and even at Times offer to deliver it at My door steps.

I've used this pharmacy on and off for years but now I avoid it at all costs.
Some of the staff are rude. They laugh at people and it's embarrassing to watch.
Their procedures for storing prescriptions waiting to be collected is a waste of time. Staff spend far too long hunting down your prescription and it seems they don't have a system or maybe an understanding of their system.
We have been shortchanged with tablets - I was prescribed a box of 224 tablets but once home I checked - the bottle inside was open and half of the tablets had been removed. I phoned them and they corrected their mistake.
The opening times on the door mean nothing. They open and close when they wish and have longer lunches turning people away.

I have experienced there have been many changes of staffing at this chemist over the pastfew years & this has effected the quality of its service, iveused this chemist for 15yrs, I feel its now time to use a more reliable establishment, a shame but the service and staffing is dire.

Poor pharmacy. Try to avoid. After you wait for many days they informed me that one of my regular medications is not available in their store. This can have a negative impact on patients with chronic diseases.

Poor service and staff attitude. Was barked at as apparently you can't pick up prescriptions between 1 and 2!... It's a pharmacy...you have one job... supply meds... what a joke

I struggle to believe that after seeing a doctor and having a prescription sent over to collect that it is acceptable to not be able to prepare the medication prescribed. And then to have staff moan towards myself twice about not giving enough time for them to prepare the medication needed , first asking for me to return after an hour, then upon second arrival stating that they need at least 24 hours before being able to receive my order and administer.. If the medication is prescribed it is obviously needed. Needless to say I will be changing chemists and do not recommend anyone to use this incompatent and rude pharmacy, to anyone in need of urgent medical assistance provided by a nhs professional seek help elsewhere, also this pharmacy uses super cheap generic brands of medication.

Been there a few times for my repeat prescription and the staff are absolutely unhelpful and rude to me. Wouldn't even bother to help out with my prescription, seeing me stressed out about it as I Couldn't sort it out myself, would just ignore me and say to go. I'm really upset and just wondering how can you be so unhelpful in a pharmacy.

111 forwarded an emergency prescription to this so called ‘pharmacy’ and instead of producing it, he rejected it and sent it back to 111 without telling me. Atrocious customer service, avoid and go to a proper pharmacist who isn’t rude and lazy.
