Boots Pharmacy

Friendly, Fun and Professional staff. Excellent set up and service. For such a small but extremely busy pharmacy, they are well run and usually have enough stock in for most prescription requests. Text message and repeat medication service is excellent.

Needs some sort of system for customers. Only allows 3 at a time but 3 waiting for prescriptions and the next in line waits 15 min. If they were to handle prescriptions at one counter and quick sales at another it would be more efficient.

Horrible staff that referred to me as 'she' to my face. 6 times they promised they'd order my medication for my 3 month old and very single time I went in to collect it they told me they had no idea what I was talking about and that no one had ordered. Had to go back to the doctors to order it again, twice and when I went to pick it up days later they said they knew nothing. This went on for over a month and my poor baby ran out medication and had none for nearly 3 weeks and was in agony!!!

Tried over 67 times to get through this morning. They've answered 3 times to just lift the phone to leave me hearing the pharmacy but no one to seek help from. They aren't capable of doing repeat prescriptions without issues every week. Its just a horrible environment an horrible customer treatment. I am NEVER coming back to this pharmacy ever again.

Wanted allergy drops . They sold me Optrex drops £6.95. I wasn't offered their own brand cost £4.99 . I realised when I got home. Not impressed. I will not go there again. Feel swindled .

As a carer collecting for clients. Slow and unreliable. Medication reminders not being received.

Slow and poorly organised service. It was quiet inside and it took over 35 minutes to receive an inhaler. Incompetency incarnate is the short summary!

Nice shop but can take a long time waiting formedication even if been sent from doctors next door.my last visit unfortunately one member ofstaff quite abrupt no reason for it.usually the staff pleassnt
