Great experience with Dock Pharmacy, was apprehensive as haven't used an online chemist before but I could see they had my meds in stock. Communication was great and I got everything I needed. I had used my local pharmacy for a previous prescription but they were unable to give me the full amount, after promising to get it the next day it took over a month to get my pills and couldn't go elsewhere as they had processed my prescription. I will continue to use Dock Pharmacy in the future.

I have ordered form Dock Pharmacy several times, they have always been competitive in price, with a quick delivery. On my last order, they did not have all the prescription in store so sent what they had and sent the rest a few days later, at their own expense. I highly recommend Dock Pharmacy. Thank you so much.

I am so thankful I came across this pharmacy. They gave me my prescription after I was exhausted from trying everywhere else. The communication and service is a really high standard. Staff were exceptionally helpful and well mannered.

I usually have no issue with Dock Pharmacy, but this time there was a problem. My wife was given a prescription for a five day course, eight tablets a day, but only issued with 28 tablets, but needing 40. When I went back via the Doctors, to collect the extra, they wanted to charge me for another prescription, when it should have been part of the original. The manager came out accusing me of shouting and moaning, when I was only refusing to pay, the error quite clearly was not mine. Ok, so the doctor made the error, but I tried to point out that they should deal with my issue as they were my point of purchase, but to say that her customer service was awful is an understatement, I felt like I was in the wrong, with no empathy or understanding, just mild anger thrown back at me. Even if the doctor made an error, surely when the label was printed for the tablet box, the mistake should have been noticed. The manager would not answer my question as to who it was that printed the label. Guilty silence I assume. Does everyone get treated like this when there's a problem? I hope not.

I had a very urgent requirement on new years eve of 2022. After an emergency doctor had prescribed antibiotics for my young son, my local pharmacy did not have the liquid solution on stock and would not change to the tablets, despite authorisation to do so. This was very upsetting as it was already late in the evening.

I called Dock pharmacy, we had a good talk about the issue, and the pharmacist said they could of course help with my prescription change and that they would prepare the tablets and a dispenser straight away. By the time I had driven to the site my order was ready to collect. Absolute first class service, with a smile and concern for my sons wellbeing. Also the pharmacist had a fantastic blue hair colour as well!

I bought them some Chocs from the local shop as a big thanks for the help. Superb people and open late too. WIN

My order was quite rapidly processed by then sent by Royal Mail. Since early December I have not seen hide nor hair of it. Very disturbed that a service d3pends on Royal Mail. You should use a more reliable provider such as DHL or FedEx.

Today the staff at dock Road pharmacy saved the day! My daughter was prescribed erythromycin antibiotics and the pharmacist and staff here went above and beyond to reassure me and my daughter and gave me the last of their stock!
Thank you again to the super friendly staff ❤️
