Friendly staff who are happy to give advice and help. A side room for discreet conversations. Overall, very good.

Very helpful pharmacist who directed me to the appropriate cough medicine.

Would be a good chemist if it was ever open. These days there is always a sign up saying its closed for one reason or another

Pharmacist refused to serve me as she was going on her lunch break in 5 mins.and asked me to return another day.

Absolute joke

Prescriptions not always requested by branch but will blame the customer, 3 times this has happened to me .

They close between 1200 and 1300 but website shows open from 0900 to 1730. ( I have suggested an edit on Google) Very annoying if that`s when you take your lunch, but understandable if we still lived in the time of Dickens! Surprised they don`t close Weds afternoons as well? Staff are always friendly apart from one.

There is one staff .. she is very rude and not helpful at all I aways leave this pharmacy feeling bad and angry because of the way she talks to me
