Went for Booster Jab 09.35 10th May 2022.
Extremely efficient and courteous. The whole process lasted 5 minutes.
Lots of car parking in medical centre area and local streets behind the main road.

The Staff are amazing, considering they are operating WELL below optimum staff levels, the ones whom have remained, are as helpful and professional as they can be. People have GOT to remember and consider the level of stress these folks are under, Anyone from a care background should know this. My experiences have been nothing but positive, even if meds were not ready, there is only so much they can do. Other Pharmacies and their pathetic excuses however, no excuse for their attitude. I moved from another well known pharmacy, knowing waiting times were longer, but in the 12 months I have been here, not one ounce of stress. Not one pathetic excuse, or lie. unlike other local pharmacies.

Have been for two covid vaccines at this pharmacy so far. The first vaccine was brilliant, with a warm and helpful lady who introduced herself. The second time was with a man who didn't introduce himself, barked orders at me and wasn't helpful at all. Disappointed by the second visit but hopefully a one off.

My visit was not at the pharmacy. But at the rear of the Honda garage for covid booster , realy good service everyone was very polite and it was all organised well , good work everyone 👏 👍

Very helpful! Staff are very helpful and pleasant, sometimes they don't always have certain items in but that's like any chemist so would not hold that against them

Never answer the phone, service is incredibly slow, ignore you if your waiting at the counter literally the worse pharmacy in Crewe

Went there to collect my medicine on prescription. They made me wait for over 20 minutes just to tell me that they don’t have it and to come back next day. In the meantime the stuff is chatting, discussing movies they’ve watched and making jokes. I came back in the morning 2 days later. They open at 9 am and should be ready to serve customers from that time. All the stuff arrives there at 9am and then makes you wait until they settle in, make their teas etc. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful to the customer! I ended up waiting another 40 minutes for the medicine that did not even require preparation….
