I wish there was a minus Star system because I would definitely put it to use.
This pharmacy is a shambles. Not only do they constantly loose prescriptions and forget repeats. They also never take responsibility and lie through their teeth.
They have zero customer service skills. They have no idea how to speak to or deal with customers.
We have always used Boots and only tried them as they were next door to our surgery and walking distance from home. We therefore assumed they would deliver on time. What a mistake!!!

Be careful. I have been fined by NHS twice (£75) as they will make you pay for prescriptions but process it through as you are claiming benefits. Lucky, I have paid by card so I can prove it I have paid for it. If you pay by cash, make sure you keep the receipts for months! I had a letter after 8 months saying that I am not eligible for a free prescription. I know, I am working and I am always pay for my medication!!! Also, make sure you fill out the back of the prescription, saying that you are paying for it and sign!!!

Day Lewis Beckton deserve more than 5 stars. They are professional, knowledgeable and always attentive to me and my family's needs. Michelle, Selma, Jermaine and Mo greet you with a smile as you walk through the door. The main pharmacists Mo and Jermaine are never too busy to speak to you about any advice or concerns about your medication. When I just came out of hospital after giving birth they assisted with ordering all my repeat prescriptions and had their amazing driver deliver it straight to my door. My son absolutely loves going into the pharmacy just to see Michelle and Selma. I cannot say how greatful I am for all the assistance they have given me and my family. Even when we move home, we will still remain with the same pharmacy team. This review should have been done a long time ago but I have been on maternity and concentrating on the baby. Thank you to all the staff including the deliver driver at Day Lewis pharmacy Beckton.

Never have my prescription. I always have to go there twice if they have stock. Wasting my time.. It's been 3 years like this.

Friendly, professional and always helpful staff - particularly towards my mum and dad (before he passed). A great example of perfect customer service.

I can't fault all of the staff members but there’s an overweight white lady that works there which is extremely rude and unprofessional. She puts you off using the pharmacy all together, please give her some type of customer service training, as she knows nothing about costumer service.

*editing a year later: the overweight white lady (sorry to describe her this way but I don’t know her name) is still there, she is still as clueless as ever and as rude and unprofessional as ever. Day Lewis Pharmacy really needs to check their staff and give them training.

Today I visited the Lodys Pharmacy, well it wasn’t my first visit and unfortunately won’t be the last, because they never have in stock my tablet so… I have to go back always twice to receive it, once or twice it’s fine but this happens with me always…… Other problem with this Pharmacy …….I think they should learn how to do the good customer service, because waiting for 10 min to receive my 2 box of tablet when I was the first customer… it’s a bit ridiculous. The person who started to serve me suddenly she picked up her private phone and went to the side. She didn’t inform anyone to continue to serve me so I was waiting and waiting…..then after few minutes other person asked me if I’m been served, so I told her the other person started but didn’t finish….so she again ask my details and started to search my tablet and again what a surprise they have only one in stock. They put my tablet on the side because as far as I know someone have to double check all the tablets what they giving out. I think at least they could put some effort to serve the people accordingly….
Because no one goes there for fun!

Looking at some of the comments on here, I have to ask whether these people are on this planet, or in Lala land...
I've always found the staff pleasant, humorous and helpful.
I suggest these moaners take a good look at THEMSELVES!
