Been using this pharmacy for years never really any problems staff are always very helpful.

The service at Jhoots far exceeds that of the larger pharmacy companies in Northampton. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Their knowledge and advice about products has always been accurate and extremely helpful. To have a pharmacy close to where I live is a bonus, a brisk walk for most but with the added benefit of no parking restrictions if you're not so able. 5-star rating and we'll deserved.

Pharmacist and staff knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Customer's treated more like friends.

Abysmal pharmacy. Was told my prescription wasn't ready/received 3 times in the matter of 24 hour's. Do not use!!
