Disgrace full customer service from staff. You try and explain how your script should be collected and they inform you otherwise in a very derogatory manner. Then when you r script is delivered that member of staff from the chemist starts moaning about the bad review that you have left. May I point out that this totally unprofessional, disrespectful of the person writing the review to be talked about. I must point out that reviews are encouraged so that poor performance can be dealt with and any member of the public is entitled to write review based on their experience within the pharmacy but it seems reviews are used by members of staff to speak derogatory of members of the public. MAJOR TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REQUIRED IN THIS SHOP.

Very helpful, caring and professional. Such a lovely family business. Are prepared to go above and beyond to help you and make sure your needs are met.

Basic Average pharmacy. Staff could be friendlier. Each one more interested in doing one's own thing rather than the needs of the customer. Agent for Western Union - useful if you wish to transfer your money internationally.

Very efficient out of hours service.

Repeat Prescription! Dispensing and Delivering is a disgrace. Despite numerous telephone calls complaints they continue to not deliver in a timely manner. The importance of taking regular medication doesn't seem important for the pharmacy as they fail to deliver all the medication on Prescription and later dont even bother to contact or deliver that particular medication. They are really slacking and at present I dont think its safe to continue with this pharmacy as they don't seem to have a consistency not very reliable on Delivering medication.such a shame the pharmacy once used to be Brilliant.

Came in to buy masks and the man working slyly opened up a new mask pack behind the counter and charged me £1 for only 1 mask. Overcharged me for a single mask when it was clearly from a full pack.
