Poor service for providing my medicine on repeat prescription. Having to dispense my prescription and get it straight away from another pharmacy. On more than one occasion. Don’t recommend .

You wait for ages, and when someone does emerge from the room behind the counter, they are rude. I would not use it if it were not the only local pharmacy open until 11.00pm.

Terrible pharmacy.
Bad service
I went to this pharmacy and they kept me waiting over an hour to receive antibiotics when I was in pain and badly needed the medicine.
They were taking it out on me that their system wasn’t working correctly and telling me to go back and forth to the gp so that my prescription could be changed. There was nothing wrong with my prescription.
There was a lack of empathy in my opinion and I shouldn’t have had to wait that long.

It seems people only leave reviews when they've had a bad experience, so let me be one of the few reviewers to say that I had a great experience here.

The staff member I interacted with was very helpful in recommending medicine after I described my sore throat.

I was served quickly and kindly.

This pharmacy is also the only one open till late in my area, much appreciated!

Thanks.

Appalling service !!! Especially Main Pharmacist ( female) very Rude and Disrespectful!!! I have never been so humiliated and yelled at in front of other customers in my life !, when all I wanted was to get advice for my daughter that wasn't feeling well :( I would advise anyone to avoid that pharmacy! And whoever is employing give your staff some proper training on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DISGRACE!!!

Disgusting service and long waiting times. They do not care and only care about making pointless excuses. People rely on their medication, not to be messed about!

Many staff members are absolutely pathetic, providing a shambolic service and have no sympathy for the patient (spare for a very few decent ones), their systems are terrible and end up not syncing with NHS systems frequently when trying to get repeat long-term prescriptions (of extremely crucial medicines), putting the patient's health at extreme risk in the process due to the patient's stock getting critically depleted. And if you happen to request a medicine earlier from them (which have already been issued to them as a multiple batch by GP), then they end up withholding medicine when they can dispense it, making excuses of being confined by their "procedures" when no such issues were ever raised by (more professional) pharmacists in various other locations in my experience over 3 years. As if the staff (while having no knowledge of a patient's history) have took it upon themselves to micromanage/decide when does the patient require it/needs to restock (perhaps bound by Asda's corporate systems). Some of the personnel there are clearly punching above their (medical knowledge) weight pretending to be "experts" like an extremely qualified consultant, and when confronted, they pass the parcel by saying ask your GP to reissue (while the GP issued it all in a batch for a reason, and has been for a while)! Avoid this pharmacy at all costs for prescription services, especially for critical medicines that stand as the last line of defence between you and a hospital bed!
