I have never dealt with such friendly and helpful staff. The guys here cannot do enough to help you. Fantastic!!

Closes between 1 and 2 every day.. is this the UK or Spain?

This chemist is poor ...I am a working self employed chap who expects to nip in and pick up my prescription ... no ... although there are 6 + staff on duty I have been in the chemist and waited 15 mins or more ! Even the senior chemist looks up sees the queue and IGNORES people ! I appreciate you might be preparing prescriptions but at busy times deal with your customers 1st because sometimes ... like me we are quickly wanting to get back to work !!!

A disorganised pharmacy.

It takes 3-5 days to fulfil a prescription.

They need a separate window for ready collections (they have a text service for this) to reduce the queue and waiting time for everyone.

This is a very efficient, caring pharmacy All the staff are friendly professionals who do all they can to make life easier for patients and customers alike. We are very fortunate to have such a well run service in our area. Sincere thanks to all the staff.

I was informed that my rather important prescription was not available in any of the supply warehouses and I should speak to my Dr for an alternative. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a Dr review so have been unable to get my prescription sooner that my Dr sent directly to the pharmacy. I asked if i would have been called by the pharmacy later to let me know about the requirement to speak to my Dr, the young lady said no, they wait for the patient to come in and collect their prescription. I said there was then every possibility I would not have my prescription in time... The answer i was given was the same. I spoke to HQ expressing my concerns but wasnt very hopeful.
***Today i have changed my rating. Having returned again and on being advised the replacement rx was not available, the Pharmacist was incredibly helpful and sorted the replacement with the Dr while i waited... I have done some research and realise my rx is in short supply... This must be very frustrating for medical professionals and for people like me, the diligence exercised to negotiate this is invaluable. Thank you.
(Please change your online opening times that state you close 1pm to 2pm for lunch! I forget).

After changing doctors to the Wingerworth pratice it made sence to switch from Boots in town to Peak Pharmacy and what a difference.
The service received from day one has always been very professional and polite and have found the staff so very understanding, willing to go beyond to help. Thank you and keep it up.

Poor service with or without a pandemic, the staff speak to you like you are something on your shoe. Every time I collect I dread, every time they mess up my prescriptions. Disgusting service for someone who suffers from depression and anxiety giving out more tablets than what I should have. Awful
