Monsell Pharmacy

It is very difficult to get hold of any guys in this pharmacy. They never answer the phone too. They mention that the deliver and that has not happened too. Why do they exist? Worst experience of my life.

Very poor service of late and very very hard to get them to answer the phone they used to be reasonable but not lately at all !

This chemist used to be brilliant but recently I have medication that is not delivered on time having to chase them up all the time because there is missing items and you can never get hold of them on the phone very poor service

HOW CAN YOU RUN A PHARMACY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO THERE EXCUSE IS WE ARE MOVING PREMISES WELL IF THATS THE CASE CLOSE UNTIL YOU DO SO AND LEAVE PATIENTS THAT NEED VITAL MEDICATION NOT ORDERED THEM THEN BLAMES OTHERS AND NOW WONT DELIVER AS ITS A WEEKEND AND HAVING TO GO AND COLLECT AND NO CONCERNS VERY RUDE STAFF ON THE PHONE AVOID THISPLACE AT ALL COSTS THEY WANT SHUTTING DOWN

I would have gave 0 stars but don't have that option, 5 days I have been waiting for my medication where is it,it takes longer every time you get our prescriptions well this is the last straw

Rubbish pharmacy don’t know what they are doing couldn’t find my medication fed up making several trips to sort things out as they don’t answer the phone the place is a joke joined a decent pharmacy away from them cowboys

Display, advertise and on GP list for late night and 19.45 shut.

From the previous reviews maybe there have been teething troubles since the move but my visits recently were positive. No wait.quick polite service and when I have medication delivered its generally all OK.Dropped one star as they advised me to go down and buy decongestant medication when I was in bed ill so I went only to be told I can't have it due to being on blood pressure medication. They should have checked this before making me come out full of virus to get a medication I couldn't have.
