Rowlands Pharmacy Sundon Park

Since I broke my shoulder I have been in pain grumpy and feeling sorry for my self. This Chemist have been an absolute God send, so caring, putting up with me - I did apologise!. They have provided pain relief as and when while working closely with my GP and consultant. They are Wonderful and they care!! I have placed my trust in them and they haven't ever let me down!

Top rate establishment, staff are extremely good, each last one of them, and during these ghastly Covid Days they have strived to maintain the highest standards, and 99.99 % of the time they have all succeeded admirably without fuss nor favour. I cannot productively add more beyond a concluding "Well Done !"

5 Star service all around have used this branch for over 15 years

Just found out that Parade Sundon Park pharmacy will be closed, my heart broke at this sad news! I have been receiving medications there for 15 years. The ladies who work there are always very helpful, smiles you can always talk to them even when is busy. The girls are amazing, especially this European woman is wonderful, she helped me more than once. When Rowlands Pharmacy closes, it won't be the same anymore.

Hit and miss to who you deal with. Some are lovely and others are quite abrupt. Items are quite expensive. Some things almost double in price, also got short changed as the lady couldn't figure out how to refund on a debit card.

Been told my mental health (agrophobia) doesnt really matter due to the fact im not old by the pharmecist. Delivery not availible anymore due to driver not getting any answer at the door when im home 24/7 housebound definetly reccomend any other pharmecy. Total ignorance from this place.

I absolutly love the service I have recieved at this pharmacy. I have been given lots of useful advice and help. Reminds me of how pharmacies used to be

I'm here at least every 2 weeks to collect my medication. The girls are lovely and always helpful.
