Allied Pharmacy - Crosby Road

I highly recommend Higgins Pharmacy, nothing to much trouble, all staff will try and help in every way possible. I have more confidence in Simon the resident pharmacist than my own doctors, he will go above and beyond to help and advise if that's what you require. Higgins was an excellent pharmacy before pandemic, during and still is. All staff going that extra mile, well done to all involved don't change.

Waited 30 minutes to pick up a prescription, but left having not been served. As I left, the queue was out of the door, with a line of customers still outside.

Went back later in the day, finally got served after 20 minutes.
I’ve switched pharmacy as this one is an utter shambles.

The staff are also a scruffy, disorganised bunch who look like they’ve had a night on the lash.

Go elsewhere even if it means travelling further.

This chemist is an absolute joke!!...I can't believe they haven't been closed down by the care quality commission!!!

They never answer the phone....no communication at all!!...Prescriptions are never delivered on time!!...Sometimes prescriptions don't get delivered at all!!....They don't deliver half of your meds!! Then you can't get through on the phone because they never pick up!!??

Imagine If your prescription was life saving and you don't receive it???

Avoid!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy ever known.
Not all prescriptions are delivered, no one ever answers the bloody phone.
To top it off they never ever reply to comments here.
We may as well complain to ourselves.

FYI!!!
When it was just Crosby North Pharmacy never had any problems.
Now it's one thing after another.

It's time to change Pharmacies.

I’m leaving this review on behalf of my Mum.
She has her prescriptions delivered to her. As she cannot get out sometimes due to health problems.
She is absolutely delighted with the service.
Staff are friendly and thorough..

Excellence service, quick and accurate on prescriptions and staff are very friendly and helpful, wouldn't go anywhere else

What a fantastic pharmacy. The customer service is brilliant. I have just been to collect some medication and the lady on the front desk (apologies never got your name) was superb. Friendly, attentive helpful.
I now will be attending here as my local pharmacy store. Thank you
