The service here is awfull.
My Gp sent my prescription over on Wednesday and its still not there!
Went in again today and waited 15 minutes only to be told its still not there.
So still waiting and putting up with my symptoms.
They just don't seem to care!!!
TIME TO CHANGE CHEMIST I THINK.

Not fast service at all. EVER! The pharmacists are not very helpful or friendly but the other staff are usually nice. Went there the other day at noon and they were closed due to no staff!!

Awful!! For some reason my Surgery changed me from Boots to Lyolds. Waiting for phone call from Llyods re my repeat prescription. Went in to pharmacy. Not ordered. Said would reorder.waiting 2 days. Rang them . They don't pick up. Went to surgery stated never received order. So contacted them. Waited 3 days for prescription items missing. When I complained about service to female. Said why don't you go back to Boots.Avoid!

Would not recommend booking a service here. I booked a 19.10 appointment for a private flu vaccine. Turned up and the pharmacy was closed! Couldn't believe it as it is supposed to be open until 21.00!

Awful service. Closes early for no reason. Lead pharmacist disappears and leaves people in charge who haven't got a clue. Rude and slow. Always mess up prescriptions, never answer the phone. Basically avoid at all costs.

FLU VACCINE ISSUES: Not particularly the fault of the store itself, but the flu vaccine online booking system that Lloyds use as it wasn't registered at the location. But was told to wait around for a qualified pharmacist to come back from lunch. Waited around for 30mins only to be told to come back again the next day. So a waste of time.

Didn't want to box up my prescription because "we're closing in 15 minutes".

Rude, unhelpful.

My prescription was sent across 3 days ago, why does it take that long to box up?

Never have my prescription ready despite phoning first. Rude and very unhelpful staff.
In short, absolutely useless.
