This is an amazing pharmacy that offers great support and advice!

They not only were kind and considerate over this tough period we are currently but are very conscientious of people's health and wellbeing by monitoring flow and social distancing!

I would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone and anyone!

I’ve just visited Selby’s and seen the pharmacist for a small skin issue. The pharmacist was great thorough, helpful and reassuring. This pharmacy sometimes gets some bad reviews but personally every time I visit it is excellent experience.

A fantastically well run pharmacy. We've been let done by others in the area in the past, also our GP surgery have been inept with ad hoc & repeat prescriptions. They have moved heaven & earth to prescribe medications often in these trying circumstances. They are now our 'preferred' dispensery & have never let us down in many years.

Very rude people especially the manager.
I never seen worse pharmacy in my entire life.
People who works there doesn't having a clue about their work. Absolutely disgusting.
I have bad experience for both. Using this place as a pharmacy and also as a dpd drop of point. Where I was told to print the label and back to the store. So I waste my time to go back home to print the label (where on dpd website and IR code its clearly said just show IR code in the store and they will print the label) so I go back to the pharmacy with the label and there was another lady which said that I don't need to print the labels as they can do it from the store!!!! This is the most useless place on earth.
I'm going to place an official complain and notify this case in a few more places so then people know to avoid this rude and unrespectfu people!!

My GP who made a referral for me to see a dermatologist while waiting for the appointment my GP suggested I use a liquid/foam treatment to the affected area which I could buy over the counter at the chemist....when contacting Shelby Pharmacy asking if they had the treatment in stock the lady who answered the phone ..said no I don’t think we have it....I suggested she asked the chemist on duty which she did I understand he said no not in stock..so I asked if it could be ordered in ..again the lady on end of phone showed no interest and said no I don’t think we could.. she seem to ask a person I believe he might have been the chemist who said ....no....giving no reason why not ..I was left with a feeling that the chemist had absolutely no interest what so ever in my problem and certainly no interest what so ever to offer me help or advise in any shape or form.

I just popped in to see if they had some antibiotics. They didn’t, which is fine but it was the abrupt, disinterested method of communication from the woman at the counter who was on her phone texting while speaking to me, which I objected to. I’ll use Abbott’s until she is given a back office job.
