Never open requires new management don’t take peoples prescriptions if your not going to be there people rely on there meds never answer the phone trying ringing today to be told I’ve dialled an incorrect no .😡😡😡😡

No phone answered, always under staff, rude , always has to come back again next day for medicine to be ready for pickup

They are always closed when they needed, causing unnecessary pain and suffering, and when they are open, they never have the medication needed. Please close up that place already... Disgusting

Staff not even there during the advertised opening hours, other sainsburys staff were unhelpful and rude

Didn't answer the phone, then when I went to collect my prescription I was told by the pharmacist (a small unpleasantly rude lady) that I couldn't pick it up because I hadn't rang, and they were too busy to help! (There was nobody in the queue behind me).

Dont bother trying to ring, to find out if your prescription is ready, as there phone is useless. So you end up making the journey there to wait in the long queue only to find out the perscrition6isnt ready 😟

When ring to check for a prescription, They either tell you to hold and leave you hanging until you give up or just pick the phone up and cut you straight back off

Very poor. They could not have been more unhelpful. Went to Boots totally the opposite.
