This is my local pharmacy who I use on a regular basis for perscriptions. Friendly and helpful staff in a small shopping complex. Sells most of the regular medicines that would be needed in an emergency

Helpful staff and ideally placed to offer a great service to the local community.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I had my flu jab recently at the Chemist and was so easy and quick to arrange. Thank you.

The customer service could be greatly improved. Despite booking a collect code for LFT's, obtained the same morning, by early lunch, the counter staff said 'they had none left. The wouldn't or couldn't give me any advice or guidance as to when they have more, They couldn't or wouldn't explain why, if I had a collect code - they had no LFT's left.
I felt demeaned by the way I was dealt with, and spoken to, by the counter staff. Recommend the staff have training in customer service skills

Known problem with COVID appointments being too early by a few days, no check to see if the days appointments were valid, waste of an appointment and vaccine
