Very unhelpful . Long waits for prescriptions, especially if sent directly from the Doctors. Expect you to wait a week from the time the Doctors send it until you can collect it and if they don't have the right dosage of prescribed meds they expect you to get a new prescription rather than make the dosage up with multiple smaller doses. Told me my tablets didn't come in that dose anymore but another pharmacy said this was untrue and filled my prescription with no issues. Used to be a very good pharmacy but I won't use them again now.

I've been in here 4-5 times and have always had really exceptional service from counter staff to Pharmacist.

Always a wait. Use Asda pharmacy now, open 7 days and 0700-2200. Much better.

Went in, came out 5 minutes later with my meds. As it should be. Great staff too.

Never had an issue here. Staff very professional and very helpful. Due to covid waiting times are compromised but if people just had understanding and patience then I am sure this pharmacy would get full stars ☆☆☆☆☆

staff were friendly but the shop is so dull and really poorly stocked, I would of thought with people not using supermarkets so much it would have been full to the rafters but no, not much available.

Staff always polite and helpful, and even more so in these unprecedented times

My husband is my carer and he uses Lloyds chemist in Hellesdon for all our needs. They go out of their way to be helpful and he always comes back with a smile and a good word about them. Always polite and professional, they deserve a medal.
