Feels like a local shop instead of a big chain which makes s difference. Have sorted out any problems with my prescription quickly with a phone call, and informed me when items that have to be ordered in have arrived.

Amazing, Friendly, All Round Fantastic Service! You have a great team of staff here, I hope they know how appreciated they are. One in particular, goes above and beyond every time I come in and deserves to know just how much her smile and warm welcome can change someone’s day!

Shocking service called up to check my prescription was there and told it was. When it came to collect there was 3 items missing. I am a diabetic and had my insulin changed. When I complained about this I admittedly lost my temper which was made worse my the assistant rolling his eyes and then staring at me. The manageress refused to give me my prescription and said she was going to return to the surgery where it was issues. I have no insulin for this evening due to her not giving me a copy of the prescription. Avoid at all cost

Rude and unprofessional male pharmacist. (The owner) He rolled his eyes at me multiple times when I asked for my prescription. he said that it has discontinued by my doctor (when it hasn’t) and he refused to help and was even rude to his colleagues. Don’t go here

What a brilliant pharmacy this is, the staff are all great, helpful, kind and always with a smile. The bonus being it's open into the evening and Sundays
