Always too busy,. and prescriptions hardly ever ready. Overworked staff, who try their best.

A good chemist staff are friendly and helpful and they do your prescriptions quickly. They sometimes get a queue which can't be helped and they also do flu jabs which is handy.

Absolute shambles of a chemist ,prescriptions never ready even after being sent through from doctors over a week and all ways blaming staff shortages when there’s about ten of them in the back .

Waiting too long for prescriptions. Only one pharmacist doing flu jabs and not prescriptions

Usually OK staff but today I nearly said something, the lady that served me had long blond hair with glasses about 38 years old, no manners or social skills what so ever, didn't say hello or thank you. I heard her speak to the lady in front of me she was rude to her also. It amazes me how the people get the job, especially with the public. She should NOT be in that job role. There are many people who would be great in that role but not misery guts.

Terrible service! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. AVOID!

Went to collect an urgent prescription, was told that it had just come through from gp and to come back in an hour. Went back 3 hours later to be told it had only just come through from gp (again) and had to stand and wait for it to be made up. It was an URGENT prescription but obviously not to them.

Utter dross, email system obviously doesn't work there has they never receive them, customer service is questionable at best... don't seem interested, and answer you back
