Very slow service from the staff .
Don't give medicines on time .
Some staff are rude

Monthly prescriptions medicines which they have to give on time they never do..have to be reminded

Love this pharmacy, the staff are lovely, well trained and happy. Their communication is also very good and they're able to explain things with ease and in a way that makes sense to nonmedical people. Ella & Steven are my favourites by Ella is sadly moving to another branch who are very lucky to have her.

The waiting is ridiculous. They seem to be very unorganised. Also if they don’t have your medication that day they'll send you away only to not tell you when they’ve received it, when to come back to collect it, nothing. Rang up, they told me my prescription/medication ’has gone now’

They are messing up alot with monthly prescription everyone month they mess my grandmother monthly order. Staff are not even ready to talk to u properly sending u back n forth from surgery to pharmacy.

Had months of issues with my prescriptions either being incorrect or late. Every month we were told it was the surgery but we had seen the re-prescription and given them the updated ones ourselves. After months of them getting it wrong and going without my medication for a day my partner questioned how it was possible and the man working there showed no care, shrugged and told us to go somewhere else.

Waited 2 days just for insulin ended up getting the prescription back.
Health Plus Pharmacy in the same street was able to provide me the insulin in 15 minutes..

Total waste of time & resources

The amount of extra work the staff have had to adapt to and the time they still have to reassure and care for me is incomparable to any other pharmacy I've used and to see some of the negativity by a very small minority is heart breaking. These people are risking their well-being every day to serve our community. I know I'm fortunate to be taken on by them with my complex needs, after failure of service by all other pharmacies in the area. I would advise the small minority of people to try elsewhere before passing judgement. I am so thankful and witness that gratitude by members of my community on a daily basis and my post will hopefully add balance and show gratitude by the majority of our community.

My medication is always handed out on time. All the staff members are so friendly, especially the new pharmacist manager. My favourite pharmacy!!!!
