Terrible pharmacy, repeat prescription is never ready to be collected. When I put prescription in a week before collection. There is always a problem, chemist not available, so being asked to wait 45 minutes or go elsewhere. Today I went to pick up my medication to find a note on the door , then told no pharmacist so no meds, they gave my prescription to go elsewhere...again. went to shepherd's and within less than 5 minutes I was handed my medication with a smile. I'm not wasting anymore time going here shocking service

If I can give a zero I would 3 times been to collect prescription and 3 times been told they haven't had script ask them to check again they some how they find the prescription they didn't have, only to tell me they haven't got item in stock it would have to be order even though they have had script for almost a week. As said not just once but 3 times

Had previously given this pharmacy 5* as they were doing a good job under difficult circumstances. However, their service levels have dropped off significantly, waiting times for prescriptions are terrible, they blame the surgery or the patient/customer if prescriptions are wrong. They have also changed their opening hours and placed a scrawly notice on the door, but haven't bothered to update the online information, resulting in several wasted trips. I think I should go back onto anti-depressants just to counter the stress and anxiety felt every time I have to visit this place.

Have a strange policy of only dispensing repeat prescriptions on the day they're due, so often waiting for them to get in gear. Worse yet, on a day before a long, bank holiday weekend. They have their feet up sipping sherry and I'm left holding onto suicidal thoughts without my mess.
Zero cares or empathy shown by staff. "That's our policy", tough in other words. Too lazy to help out a patient.

For months now, the waiting time is ridiculous to pick up a prescription. I've asked many times is it going to get any better/faster (More Staff Needed)? The staff have no answer. People are not queuing for a sale or tickets for a show. They are vulnerable people waiting for, sometimes life saving medication (standing outside in all weather's, anything up to a hour). Lloyds pharmacy needs to take a look at themselves. Stop putting Profits above patients health and well being!!!

Absolutely awful customer service from one or two of the front of house staff, But in particular the lady who works there on a Thursday and Friday. So rude, unhelpful and ignorant always asking "is it a repeat prescription" when it has been since the pharmacy opened. Pharmacy doors were closed again today . This has been a regular occurrence . Considering were in a pandemic and many customers who are uncomfortable and frightened regarding being out due to having low immunity or serious health conditions are left waiting outside and often are not able to get their repeat prescription or told to come back. They , have no idea or consideration about getting customers served and out in reasonable time in a ,caring professional customer service manner. This does not include the pharmacists who are very helpful if you need to speak to them .

I've been let down badly with my repeat Christmas prescription. I have phoned 3 times leading up to Christmas to be assured they would deliver on Christmas eve. Nothing arrived. I'm housebound and now running out of medication. I've emailed head office to see if they can help.... Can anyone tell me why this branch has a phone, because it's either constantly engaged or will ring and ring until cut off immediately ring again to be engaged. Now people have told me that they have been in the pharmacy with 3sometimes 4 staff in there. Yet the phone rings to be totally ignored. With that amount of staff one could deal with the phone allowing the others to do the medicine and serve the public. Just an idea
