I am on the repeat prescription facility and collect my medication each month. All the staff are polite, helpful and very courteous all the time. They explain if there is going to be any delay and roughly how long the waiting time will be. I would like to thank you all and say, I believe you dont get the recognition you deserve for the excellent service you provide to our community. Well done all.

Terrible service always 45 minutes wait for a prescription when they can it.
Never answer the phone so can't pre empt your visit to speed up the process. Absolutely Terrible service.

Had to pick up a prescription this morning and was told we are to busy. Only one other person waiting and was told to take my prescription else where as I was handed it I tried to say I'll wait the is only one person in here but told no no we are to busy and take it else where. So rude honestly will never been using the pharmacy again. 1.4.22

Shocking customer service! I use the repeated prescription facility from almost 3 years now and I've always been told to wait 20 min to have my medicines, doesn't matter how many people are waiting, which day is, before or after Covid, before or after Brexit! And every time I waited there, I witnessed very rude and not tolerant attitude from a pharmacist (straight mid length hair with fringe) against foreign people. Few times I felt to stand out for this, but considering most of the people waiting like me were very nervous, I preferred to don't make the situation worst. I now moved to another pharmacy, but something has to be done! It is just not acceptable!

The most disorganised pharmacy in Cardiff. The prescription is promised to be ready in 20 minutes, yet it is not even ready 5 days later. What's better. It even goes missing, my dad was left without any medications. Was send back to the GP which issued the prescription to the pharmacy over 2 weeks ago. The staff needs to be more organised and professional. Disgraceful service.

These are the utter worst pharmacy ever makes you wait 1 hour then says medication not in stock stay clear
