I have been doing Pilates with Amanda for many years now, and would recommend her with no hesitation, whether you are a beginner or experienced. She is highly skilled and always learning, a perceptive and encouraging teacher, and her complete passion for Pilates really shines through. Amanda's classes leave me feeling more supple and stretched (I can feel myself walking taller afterwards!), got rid of aches, and have improved muscle strength and tone, and my posture. I also find them a great way to switch off my mind from everything else and focus on me and the moment. A highlight of my week!

I have been going to Amanda for Pilates classes for 3/4 years now. Really helped my back and improved my mobility as on my feet a lot for work. Pilates has helped me move better physically and improved my mental well-being. Allowing time for myself whilst dealing with everyday stresses has been amazing. Amanda’s classes are brilliant for beginners or experienced people. She accommodates everyone’s needs so well, tailoring each move individually for all abilities and challenging you if you fancy giving it a go! Amanda has never stopped providing amazing classes even through lockdown after lockdown via zoom. I can’t recommend her classes enough. Thank you.

Her instructions are really clear and she offers many variations on the same movement, so everyone gets to benefit at whatever level they're at.

I’ve been enjoying neuro pilates with Amanda for a couple of months now. I’m experienced in pilates though my mobility has reduced over the past few years and I can no longer do my regular local class.

Amanda is a pilates instructor with a good understanding of my limitations wnd challenges. Her classes are well structured and inclusive.
We are working over zoom at present but she is able to watch our progress (or not).

I can highly recommend the specialist neuro pilates.

I have been doing Pilates with Amanda for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. She is a great teacher, explaining exercises clearly and building up to the more demanding movements. She encourages you to work at your own level whilst offering options if you want to push yourself.
I feel fitter, stronger and more supple and am able to do all the physical things I want to do with ease. I highly recommend Amanda!

I have been with Amanda for a few years and love her Pilates classes. I'm a yogi so it took a few lessons to get my head around Pilates but once I did I started to see the benefits. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable about the body and she has really helped me with my back condition, managing the discomfort and strengthening my core which I discovered was a major cause of my pain. Amanda's online classes are great, it is lovely to be able to have a connection with a real person rather than an online pre-recorded class but I am very much looking forward to getting back into Amanda's beautiful home studio soon. I highly recommend this class.

I have been doing Amanda’s Monday Morning Pilates for a little while now remotely due to Covid and really enjoy the energy of the class. I had little to no Pilates experience but she is gentle and encouraging, also great at explaining things and helping beginners without bringing too much attention to the fact you’re a beginner, if that makes sense! I look forward to it on Mondays and it’s almost meditative movement. good way to start the week in a healthy manner. Thanks so much Amanda :)
