DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT! absolutely horrible pizza. We ordered the vegetable supreme - it is normally so good from the other branches but this is what we recieved. We were all so hungry because we recieved the pizza so late. When we ate the pizza the vegetables were still raw, there was nearly no cheese and the dough was cold and overcooked.
When I phoned and spoke to them the manager was extremely rude and said we wouldnt recieve a refund or an exchange.
DO NOT ORDER!!!

Yesterday,17.03.2022. I order a pizza,pepperoni feast. £ 5.00. To pick up.
I am not sure,did they put 1dlc of olive oil as a topping. Never again. 👎👎👎

Pizza order clearly says no ham , incompetent workers can't read, then don't answer phone for 6 hours to correct, 1 time 1 person picked up , put phone down as soon as he heard there was a mistake with the order. Useless staff, not sure which cowboys are running this branch. No refund yet, pizza is in bin where it belongs with the rest of these cowboys.

We ordered a £30 delivery at 7:01 at 9:06 still no pizza had arrived. I called the restaurant no answer, I called again and again no answer or user busy.
I walked round to the restaurant, the shutters were done. I went round to the delivery driver door to be greeted by confused faces and then the manager told me the “system was down for 2 hours” so they didn’t see my order.
No offer of a refund just they’ll make it for me now and to wait.

Very poor customer service there's always no one at the till I always have to shout to then be greeted by rude staff. Then the pizza not cooked properly toppings falling off. Even twice my family has orderd online and they after 2 hours no delivery, we phoned them and they said its not on system but we ordered via uber eats and it said waiting for driver. So never taking accountability for their poor service. I will avoid now at all costs as too much headache and lying staff.

Ordered a Pizza this evening for collection for 19:45pm.
I honestly think they forgot to putting toppings on before the pizza went into the oven, and then threw them on the top at the end. Pizza was not cut equally, it was cold.
Honestly, what a waste of money.
Never AGAIN.

Id give it -5 if I could, my family and I ordered pizza with 5 cookie doughs, total cost was £50. When it arrived no ice creams with cookie dough, and 1 cookie dough was even missing. We called Pizza Hut the people there kept blaming the delivery guy whilst the delivery guy was blaming the people working at Pizza Hut etc. so unorganised didn’t even refund for the missing cookie dough and ice cream, the pizza was also cooked unwell etc, tasted awful. very disappointed and so over priced for horrible service will never be ordering again. Not the first time this Pizza Hut delivered missing food, have had this problem before too.

I would like to put a complaint in about my order today. I ordered 1 margarita and one vegetarian supreme. In my email confirmation it stated supreme. It didn’t state meat or vegetarian. It just said supreme. How will I know the order is wrong if it is not clear on the email for me to chase and change.

I have spent over £40 on a meal, when me and partner did not eat as there was not enough food for the full family to eat.

Only my 3 children ate the vegetarian pizza. When placing the order it did not state it would take more than 1hr to deliver the pizza. It state 30-40 mins which was not true. The pizza arrived cold.

When I called the store manager at Walthamstow (Mr Ali Ahmed) he was not helpful at all. I ask if I could order a replacement and he said it would take 2 hours to deliver. He was trying to not get me to order. This is not acceptable. I would like a full refund on my order today.
