Surly lot. Not the most friendly people. I guess if you're in the trade they may be ok. the car park tell's the tale 7 spaces 1 for manager 1 for the director 3 for staff and only 2 for the customers.

Very freindly, i always get great service here and there knolage of plumbing really can get you out of a mess, there two showrooms is also a big plus as you can send customers in and they will come out and design the bathroom for you, which make life a lot easyer for me, oh and there are two car parks one is a staff car park the other is round the side near the trade entrance, thanks for all your help over the years.

Helpful staff and vast warehouse of both common and unusual products, very handy in awkward situations. There is also a very extensive showroom covering two floors! Always Plenty of parking space and a friendly face when you go in

Dan is such a lovely lad, can't do enough for you. Along with his charming sidekick Ethan they really make the place a pleasant environment to shop in. All the lads are up for the crack and it can really make your day. Thank you -x-

Hi everybody I would first like to say I think the bread and toaster needs to be bought back in as us early workers are in need of abit of breakfast in the morning. The tea machine would be nice if it worked also. As for the workers Dan the man is superb a fine gentleman I must say. Big Al can have his off days but most of the time has great banter. I’m not sure who the lad is that sits down in the glasses but tell him I need a 22mm lederhosen fitting please. Have a great day Curtis x

Excellent service on the counter from both the guy out the Inbetweeners and his Scottish mate. I must say that it’s a huge shame that ones acting career has progressed as it truly should have after the comedy series. Nevermind.

Very satisfactory service from The lads behind the counter, dan is an excellent and hardworking member to their staff, The Scottish lad is also good however he tends to leave a certain stench everywhere he goes

Thought this would be a good place for advice and parts ,staff only sales Assistants know very little about plumbing, prices good.
