Wesham Post Office

I was impressed at the cleanliness of the store and how tidy the counter was. The shop was well stocked with a great range of varied products that were sold at good prices. The fast service was assisted by the politeness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

On the other hand, the queues are sometimes extended (at busy times such as after school or after opening) due to only two or three employees working at one time.

I enjoy going to Wesham Village Store as the staff are very friendly. They take time to talk to you and make you feel welcome. The range of products is excellent and they go the extra step to make the customer satisfied.

The only problem is that some staff are not trained to operate the Post Office which causes delays.

The customer service is always excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful and very efficient. They have a great range of cards and gifts at great prices. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice staff, tasty sweets, can redelivered parcels here for a small charge too. 5/5 eat sports mix again.

Always efficient friendly and helpful .Yesterday they went the extra mile after I dropped a card on the floor after confirming it was mine offered to drop it off at my house as I would not be able to collect it until the following week due to work commitments. Really appreciated fantastic service .Let's all support our local post office they deserve to do well

A great village store with very friendly staff who are always ready to help. The post master always has a smile and is ready to offer advice.

This is my GO TO post office! If they cant send stuff from there ie Yodel i wont use Yodel! Always royal mail or Parcelforce. The staff are always helpful and if they can't answer a question you bet they will find an answer or a solution!! The post master is always very friendly and is always willing to help with my parcels that I send. I now won't use any other post office and I have 2 in my town keep up the good work Wesham post office Team you would get more than 5 stars from me but I'm afraid that's my only option!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I always avoid going to this post office because one of the ladies that serve in this post office is absolutely unpleasant and rude. I called today asking about a service and she answered saying “ I have no idea about that service” then adding “ look we are busy at the moment” and hang up the phone on me.
