Staff extremely rude and speak to you like you're stupid. There is only one staff member out of them all who seems to be friendly, the rest are very blunt and act like they don't want to be there.

Thank you to the postie (that had just finished his shift) ran back to base to give my late letter to the leaving collection lorry. Much appreciated.

A few of the staff seem to think it’s a chore to serve you- lots of huffing and puffing. Have actually stood there for several minutes waiting whilst two of the men stood/sat there continuing their conversation about another member of staff for several minutes-they weren’t being complimentary either! Would be nice if they could at least try and hide the fact that it was such an inconvenience for you to be there and want them to help you.

Rubbish service whats the point of such limited opening times, no wonder people use other courier services

Been using the service for years. Staff are always polite, cheerful and helpful.

Today I had to collect a letter and pay £1.50 for the privaledge ,the letter had a first class stamp on it stamped across by Chester post office .The size of letter was 26.5 X 18.5 weighing 26 gm .I have just looked on line and large letter size is classed as 35.3 X 25 cm , so I would like to know why I was charged for this letter ?. I intend to demand a refund when they reopen and an explanation of why I was charged in the first place .

Very friendly, chatty and polite guy helped me pick up my letter
