Constantly trying to push customers to have guaranteed next day delivery when just recorded delivery is all I needed! None of the other post offices in Cheltenham are pushy like here and the main post office the staff go out of their way to help you unlike here.

Rude and money grabbing. Pushing to pay extra for the services you won't needed. Threatening their customers that they post won't reach recipient otherwise.
