Bootle Post Office

Staff are rude unhelpful Unfriendly and quite confrontational. I have to use this post office regularly and find the experience really unpleasant. It seems a requirement to work there to be have no basic manners or customer service skills. It's not just the service I have recieved personally but also how I have observed other customers being treated.

Again the hard working girl was all alone yesterday and the queue was 16 people long and almost out of the door. How she remains friendly and cheerful I don't know. This branch really needs more staff or better management.

Very bad experience I felt from here today (23/06/2022). Post office was open inside but the door was closed .Almost 1 and half hour I wait outside .Not only me ,many people were wait outside as well , Especially aged people. One lady there but she didn't tell anything for open . And didn't any notice regarding this infront of the door.not getting any service from there. Please provide training how to respect the customer and their value time.

Worst customer service ever, because a parcel wouldn't scan I was told she couldn't put the code in manually because she wasn't allowed to! I had taken a parcel the day before to the post office on London road and the did exactly what the one in The Strand said she wasn't allowed to do! enter the code manually !!! Pure laziness.

If I could give these people a zero rating for customer service I would. Those who work there can be assured I will be putting in a formal complaint.

Went here to renew my driving licence photo card. Went mid morning so only a couple of people in the queue, application and photo processed in under 5 minutes. Staff were efficient and reasonably friendly. New photocard turned up in the post 3 days later. Very good service.

Lazy unhelpful staff, what has happened to customer service these days.
Service is definitely not above and beyond, staff look like a smile would crack their faces.
The staff definitely need retraining.

The workers are always so rude. They always talk about customers behind their backs and instead of serving people they joke around with their colleagues. The blonde woman is especially rude, she once ruined my whole day
