There is not enough parking space.
There is no contact number to speak to a person, the website is useless!
The cards pushed through your letterbox (if you get one) says nothing about the office being closed on Wednesday.
The limited opening times of 7-9am to far too short. Other people have to get to work as well so why doesn't it open again from 4-6pm??

Absolute disgrace waited in all day received an email saying delivery attempted so now will be next day, complete lie no one has knocked my door today and its a 24 hour delivery as its important medication that needs to be refrigerated within the 24 hours, office closed and no number to call, can't stand being lied to!

Parcel marked as delivered to Argos but guess what? They didn’t ! 10 days to wait for the manager to investigate !! That’s a joke!

Great service, easy communication, very friendly staff, relatively easy access, car park over road or around corner. Not sure why people leave bad reviews for things out of the staff's control

Cannock Royal mail...shocking level of service. I would not bother striking just quit, might improve the service!!

It isn't often that I have to go to the office in Beecroft Road to collect mail etc but on the two occasions I have visited recently the staff have been excellent, especially the lady who is usually behind the desk, she is friendly, helpful and went out of her way to help me find a parcel which had been returned to the office because we were not in when it was delivered. She promised to call me the next day to let me know what was happening but then the parcel was delivered at 7.00pm that evening, which I am sure is not usual, The Royal Mail at Cannock have certainly exceeded my expectations.

Not the first time they have "delivered" a parcel to me that magically disappeared before I got to acknowledge its existence. Thankfully I have CCTV cameras that has caught this office out each time proving that they either need to improve their honesty and standards of employee or get drivers who can read street signs.

My postal lady keeps leaving my parcels on the front of my drive in plain site regardless of if I'm in or not. I've mentioned a safe place before but they never deliver where I've asked (which is literally throw over the gate). Tracking is been marked as delivered and I have no proof to say it hasn't been delivered. I've lost quite a bit of money since Covid for this reason, they keep being stollen. Please could you speak to your postal team to stop this from happening 🙏
