Royal Mail Putney Delivery Office

Went to the postoffice to collect my parcel at 5pm on a Wednesday as on the calling card that was left said it was open in the afternoon 2.30-8pm but when I got there it was closed and the new opening hours were up on the door, which doesn’t help as the times need to be changed on the calling card as it’s given wrong information.

Absolutely horrible! I went to get my parcel at 5.:10pm on a Thursday they said it was open on the website and the information sheet outside the office. I was waiting for half an hour and the please did not open.I can not believe how bad putney is!! Get a better service !

My parcel is in royal mail Putney delivery office since 15th October, until today already one and the half month, I still not get it. Went to they office one month ago, but they don't want to give me my parcel, ask me to wait for them to deliver my home.. but it never arrive. very dissapoiting with they service!!

Royal mail delivering on its promise of not delivering the mails as expected. They have lost many of my mails including business debit card and now an urgent delivery was expected on Saturday which was already one day late. I had to cancel my Saturday plan and guess what they provided the best service of not delivering the parcel again and top of that lying that they tried to deliver.

It should be open longer hours as parcels are never delivered even when I’m home. So wouldn’t be a problem to collect if it was open more hours.

I ve been waiting 10 days for new gas card. I am now very sick my dogs are suffering it's freezing and you don't seem to care that your customers are suffering. I will never buy a stamp, send a letter, card or parcel again using royal Mail. You reap what you sow

When I went on a Sunday to post a tracked item, the service was quick and efficient.

I haven't received any mail in 3 weeks. I went to this office, but wasn't allowed to pick it up myself either. Absolutely horrible service, avoid at all cost!
